When asked what made Ian chose to Eagle Ridge and what made it special, Ian confessed that it was love at first sight. He loved the community from the moment he laid eyes on it! Since that first day, Ian feels that it's the secluded, wooded feel while being only minutes from the Rt.22 shopping district is what makes this community special. His favorite thing about working there? The culture! Ian and his team are continuously looking for ways to improve a resident's experience. On any given day, you can find Ian listening to Pearl Jam as he plans his next camping trip.

Since joining the team in the summer of 2022, Shane has been a vital part of Eagle Ridge. As a maintenance technician, he is one of the go-to team members when any resident needs service completed or when preparing an apartment to be someone’s new home. A few fun facts about Shane are that he loves listening to heavy metal music, being outdoors, and that he’s an avid reader & writer. In fact, he is even working on his very first novel.
